ScenePack Studio Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using ScenePack Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the software or services.

2. License Grant

ScenePack Studio grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software in accordance with these Terms.

Licenses may not be:

  • Shared
  • Resold
  • Transferred
  • Distributed
  • Sublicensed

without prior written permission.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Decompile the software
  • Modify the software
  • Circumvent licensing systems
  • Circumvent security systems
  • Circumvent anti-tamper systems
  • Share license keys
  • Share accounts
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or services

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Licensing & Security

ScenePack Studio uses licensing, hardware identification, authentication, monitoring, anti-tamper, and security systems.

Attempts to bypass, interfere with, manipulate, or disable these systems may result in:

  • License suspension
  • License termination
  • Account termination
  • Access restrictions

at ScenePack Studio's discretion.

5. Updates

ScenePack Studio may release updates, bug fixes, performance improvements, security patches, feature additions, or feature changes at any time.

Some updates may require an internet connection.

6. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the digital nature of the software, refunds are generally not provided.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • User preference
  • Failure to read product information
  • Unsupported operating systems
  • Unsupported hardware
  • Lack of usage
  • Accidental purchases
  • Account or license violations

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • A reproducible software defect prevents core advertised functionality from operating.
  • The issue is reported to support.
  • The customer cooperates with troubleshooting efforts.
  • ScenePack Studio is unable to provide a fix, workaround, or reasonable resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund decisions are made solely by ScenePack Studio after investigation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ScenePack Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages.
  • ScenePack Studio shall not be liable for lost profits.
  • ScenePack Studio shall not be liable for lost business opportunities.
  • ScenePack Studio shall not be liable for loss of data.
  • ScenePack Studio shall not be liable for consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected license.

9. Termination

ScenePack Studio may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Licensing abuse is detected
  • Unauthorized redistribution occurs
  • Security systems are intentionally bypassed

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes

ScenePack Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
