Help & Support
Getting Started
- Download the latest Windows installer from the Downloads page.
- Run the installer (if Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway).
- Open ScenePack Studio.
- Enter the license key associated with your purchase.
- Start creating your first ScenePack.
Activating Your License
A valid ScenePack Studio license is required to activate the software. Once saved, the key appears masked on the activation screen. Use the "Use a different key" option if you need to swap licenses.
Updating
ScenePack Studio checks for application updates automatically at launch. Existing users normally receive new versions through the built-in updater.
Clear Data
Settings → Danger Zone → Clear Data. This removes ScenePack Studio and its locally stored application data, including settings, cache, logs, models, and license information. Your .scenepack projects, source videos and exported clips are NOT deleted.
System Requirements
- Operating System: Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
- Storage: Allow at least 1 GB of free space for ScenePack Studio, with additional space recommended for temporary data and updates.
- Memory: 8 GB RAM recommended
- GPU: NVIDIA GPU (GeForce/RTX/Quadro) highly recommended for faster processing; CPU fallback is available.
- Internet: Required for license verification at launch.
